BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Please contact your travel agent or contact us directly. Full payment must be made in advance 1 month (30days) or later as per our request related to the program /packages prior to arrival date. All other bookings are subject to any applicable fare increase or charges Rates are subject to change for events beyond of our control.
A Deposit/booking Fee 100 USD or 10% (un-refundable) from total Tour Price is required to confirm your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if the deposit is not received within 7 days of the booking being made.
The balance of the Invoice has to be recieved by us at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. The Invoice have to be paid in full, net of all transfer cost and Local bank charges (40 usd)
Late payment charge: We will charge you as extra payment because of late payment.
By regulation of the National Bank of Indonesia we are not allowed to accept payments from abroad by Credit Card. All payment of Reservation (in full amount) should be sent by Bank Transfer.
CANCELLATION CHARGES: You many cancel your booking at any time - should be received 20 days in advance for Arrival dates. Cancellation must be made in writing by email of by fax +62 967 572691 to avoid any misunderstanding.
If cancellation takes place less Twenty (20) days of trip, you will be responsible there will be assessed a non-refundable a 50% of total Tour Price and flight tickets issued that you have paid to Jefalgi Papua Tours.
If cancellation takes place less than ten (10) days of trip, you will be responsible there will be assessed a non-refundable a 75% of total Tour Price and flight tickets issued that you have paid to Jefalgi Papua Tours.
If no cancellation occurs five (5) days prior to departure, there will be no refund; the entire fee and deposit will be forfeited as much as 100%.
Personnel / Porters
Each trip is accompanied by a Experienced Guide, who works in conjunction with local natives. Our Guides are chosen for among other things, our experience with the areas and skills regarding group work, as true destination experts who provide valuable insights to our guests.
Food During Adventure
We typically share meals "Family Style" Meals on the treks and in remote villages are not eaten in restaurants but are prepared by our personal local cook. During village involvement days, you can even help out if you wish. Utilizing the indigenous vegetables, Fruits, Cans food, Fresh meals, or one place you may enjoy steamed or roasted sweet potatoes (a highland staple) and Sago (a lowland staple) You will also dine on delicious soups, rice, noodles. We will usually start the day with breakfast at our overnight accommodations. In the larger towns, expect lunches and dinners of tasty restaurant fare, featuring Indonesian specialties such as fried rice, assorted noodles etc.
Interior Flight in Papua :
In example the flight To/From Yahokimo or To/From Wamena will be depending on local conditions, weather, flight operational etc. So would like you to be patient to wait the plane until departure to your next destinations. but don't worry all your flights you have booked on us is under control.
What to bring
Depending on the trip you will take, usually Raincoat, torch, lightweight, clothing, will be more comfortable in the more humid coastal areas while a light sweater or jacket may be needed in the highland at night. Bring plastic raincoat to cover the camera or other necessary things, comfortable walking shoes, High booth (Korowai territory), Sandal, Sun hat and block out, mosquito repellent, dark glasses, camera and lots of film (memory card).
A Backpack is suitable for the porters to carry during the trekking (not suitcase or similar). so we will let you free or to carry your day pack.
We recommend you to bring your own Sleeping bags and Air Mattresses if you travel with us, if you travel with us. For the Special trip in Papua like Koroway Adventure we also will provide such as tents.
Visiting Permit / Surat Jalan
Some people called "Entry Permit or Traveling Permit" A Traveling Permit is absolutely essential if you want to stay than one or two days or longer in Papua/Irian - Jaya and travel around the Baliem Valley, Lowland or Highland. All foreigners who visit Papua/Irian Jaya a special permit is required, it can arrange by having a copies of Passport and 2 pieces of photos, size 4x6 cm of every participant and submit them 1 month prior to arrival date.
We recommend you that travel Insurance be taken out while on traveling to cover against sickness. lost or damage to baggage and personal liability.

Occasionally it be necessary to alter or amend itineraries, accommodation and sightseeing arrangement from our agreement of trip, this may be due to the road, weather, infrastructure, local condition and other operational need prevailing at the time and is always made in the best interest of your comfort.
